Located in the Fulton neighborhood, just south of the vibrant 50th and France epicenter, the France Ave Apartments will create an exciting new environment within a growing community. Currently under construction, the building will house 28 luxury apartment units and feature premium finishes both inside and out. Reducing the sense of scale to provide sensitivity to the neighboring residences was a top priority of the project. This was achieved by using a highly articulated facade and stepping back the 4th story mass. Materials traditionally found in residential neighborhoods were utilized, such as masonry, fiber cement siding, and glass.
