The City of Lakeville is currently in the process of finalizing the design of the city’s largest public facility to date. Serving as a hub for the newly redeveloped Antlers Park, the building will house restrooms to serve the public beach, park, and playgrounds during the warmer season as well as have a dedicated year round restroom that will serve those utilizing the all season trails that connect at this location. Highly durable finishes were a critical part of the design as the building is unmaned. The interiors team at TMA worked with the city to select as many locally sourced materials that can perform under extreme use and for the lifetime of the building. The project is the center piece of a larger urban design project and TMA partnered with talented landscape designers to create this cohesive and inviting park building.
